We are thrilled to share the news that IPO Pang Xingpu, our Chinese member firm, has successfully merged with Shanghai Shenjun Law Firm! The newly formed entity will now be known as IPO Pang Shenjun Law Firm, or 申君律师事务所 in Chinese.
The merger adds a wealth of new expertise to IPO Pang’s already comprehensive legal service offerings. This includes full corporate and commercial litigation, white-collar crime investigation and defense, and sophisticated data privacy advisory and management, among others. The combined firm will also have extensive expertise in highly specialised sectors like film and television, AI, and media.
The merger will bring over 10 new lawyers and 4 administrative support personnel on board, strengthening the team’s capabilities.
IPO Pang Shenjun is in the process of updating its logo, website, and other communication channels. During this period, they will operate under both names, but IPO Pang Shenjun Managing Partner, Peter Pang has assured ICLA members that this transition will not impact any services, projects, or commitments that the firm has made to its clients. And, even with a larger platform, IPO Pang Shenjun will keep its pricing the same throughout the rest of 2023.
