The firm was founded in 1956. Each lawyer of their law firm is admitted as a trial und litigation lawyer to all Austrian law courts including the Supreme Court in Vienna (Oberster Gerichtshof Wien).

The firm was founded in 2004 by Dr Michael Brandauer and Dr Richard Bickel. The firm advises clients in the national and international sphere and these clients range from corporations and entrepreneurs. The firm is a member of Awerian, a free cooperation of independent law firms in Europe as well as the Austria Legal Network. The firm focuses on specific areas of law as well as international experience and sound knowledge of foreign languages to ensure in-depth legal advice in an increasingly complex legal environment. The firm’s lawyers are internationally trained.

We are located in Wiener Neustadt and our work is focused on real estate, corporate and insolvency law. Our dynamic team comprises 4 lawyers, 2 Associate and 22 other employees. Founded in 1985 by Dr. Georg Thum, the firm now has a total of seven lawyers.

In our office there are two generations of lawyers with different expertise to assist our clients in person. We support you by drafting customized contracts and by representing you in court and at authorities competently. If necessary we form a legal team with our cooperation and network partners to work out the best results depending on the individual circumstances.

Our law firm consists of 3 lawyers, one trainee lawyer and one trainee judge who is regularly assigned for training. We offer competent advice in all major areas of law. We are authorised to represent clients before all Austrian authorities up to the European Court of Justice. The senior partner also has a postgraduate qualification in European law. We are also able to correspond in English, French and Italian. In the area of criminal law, we are particularly experienced in white-collar criminal cases.
