Attorney at Law office Dr.Kunz and partner s.r.o. was established in the year 2014. The activity of the Attorney at Law office is connected to the Attorney at Law office JUDr.Oto Kunz, CSc.- Prof.JUDr.Otto Kunz, DrSc, which was established in 1991 as a law and commercial law firm. Drawing on their longstanding experience gained through lecturing, research and practice in various branches of law, members of this law firm made use of an opportunity enshrined in the Advocacy Act and in the Commercial Lawyers Act and hence established a joint law firm. All this has also been made possible thanks to the fact that they represent already a third and fourth generation of lawyers in the family.

The law firm represents it clients before courts, arbitration courts in the Czech Republic and abroad, and other authorities as needed. Dr Oto Kunz is a permanent arbitrator of the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic.
