Gem, Torres & Asociados (GT&A) is a dynamic, full-service law firm established in Panama in 2008. Co-founded by Shelby Aileen Gem Sang and Óscar Torres Pinzón, the firm advises and represents corporate and private clients across a wide range of commercial and personal legal matters, with particular strength in complex disputes, cross-border needs and regulated sectors.
